I completed my Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree at the University of Queensland, and the Queensland Institute of Medical Research in Brisbane, Australia. Subsequently, I moved further south to Sydney for my post-graduate studies at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research (enrolled at the University of New South Wales).

In October 2006, I moved much further north and joined the Kuchroo lab as a postdoctoral fellow. I am interested in the various isoforms of the co-stimulatory molecule, CTLA-4. Using mice over-expressing each of these isoforms, I will investigate their expression pattern and functional significance.
